Elizabeth’s, formerly known as Elizabeth’s Gone Raw, is the East Coast’s original vegan fine dining restaurant, offering seasonal six-course tasting menus crafted by Executive Chef Francisco Hernandez. Located in Downtown Washington, D.C. Elizabeth's is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. Chef Hernandez has been innovating plant-based food for over a decade at Elizabeth’s, where his commitment to sourcing the freshest, high quality ingredients melds with remarkable skill in chemistry and gastronomy. Our historic townhouse setting provides an intimate atmosphere, ideal for celebrating special occasions with loved ones, romantic dinners, and private events. Elizabeth’s began in 2009 as an expression and experiment by founder & owner, Elizabeth Petty. During her experience with breast cancer she was introduced to plant-based foods as an access to better health, vitality, and peace of mind. It was only natural to use her expertise and reputation in the food industry to share her newfound passion. Elizabeth’s continues to set the standard for plant based fine dining in D.C., providing a truly original experience with unparalleled service and care.

Join us at our intimate Onyx Bar for an à la carte menu of refined cocktails and small plates. Our beverage program boasts a seasonal rotation of organic, house-made ingredients and thoughtful non-alcoholic beverages.
